Ingredients
- 85g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
- 55g vanilla low-fat yoghurt
- 45 ml water
- 35g finely chopped celery
- 30g raisins
- Celery sticks
- 1 medium apple, cored and cut into wedges
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, yoghurt and water. Stir in the chopped celery and the raisins. Serve with celery sticks and apple wedges.
