Ingredients

  • 545g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 60 ml chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 rounded tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon or generous pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In the food processor bowl or blender container, combine all the ingredients; process until smooth.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over green salad.
