Ingredients
- 545g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
- 60 ml chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 rounded tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon or generous pinch of salt
Directions
- In the food processor bowl or blender container, combine all the ingredients; process until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over green salad.
