Ingredients
- 85g egg noodles
- 45g marshmallows
- 75g peanuts
- 225g butterscotch pieces
- 130g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the egg noodles, marshmallows and peanuts; mix well.
- In a microwaveable bowl, microwave the butterscotch pieces and peanut butter on FULL (100%) for 1 minute or until the butterscotch is melted; stir until smooth. Pour over the noodle mixture; toss to coat.
- On a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, drop the mixture by spoonfuls to form small mounds. Refrigerate until firm. Store in the refrigerator.
