Ingredients
- 120g packet pancake mix
- 60g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
- 240 ml milk
- 1/2 large banana, chopped
- 60g chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- Sliced banana
- Maple syrup
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, peanut butter, milk, chopped banana, pecans, cinnamon and egg; mix well.
- Coat a 30-cm non-stick frying pan with oil spray. Heat over a medium heat. Scoop about 75 ml batter into the pan; cook, turning once, until the pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes topped with banana slices and maple syrup.
