Ingredients
- 455g (1lb) ground turkey
- 345g shredded broccoli
- 1 tablespoon SKIPPY® Super Crunch Peanut Butter
- 1/8 teaspoon chilli powder
- 6 (1/4-inch/6mm thick) slices tomato
- 6 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 wholemeal English muffins, split and toasted
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, shredded broccoli, peanut butter and chilli; mix gently. Shape into 6 burgers.
- Coat a 30-cm non-stick frying pan with oil spray; add the burgers. Cook over a medium heat, turning once, for 10 minutes or until done.
- Layer the tomato, lettuce and burgers on the bottom halves of the muffins. Cover with the top halves of the muffins.
