						Ingredients
- 225g whole wheat linguine
 - 120 ml light sesame ginger vinaigrette
 - 5 tablespoons SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter Spread
 - 1 tablespoon orange juice
 - 105g thin strips cucumber
 - 425g carrots, cut into strips
 - 35g chopped fresh coriander
 - 35g chopped spring onions
 
Directions
- Cook the linguine according to the directions on the pack; drain. Rinse under cold running water until completely cool.
 - Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the vinaigrette, peanut butter and orange juice; mix well. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
