Ingredients
- 105g crispy rice cereal
- 100g sugar
- 120 ml golden syrup
- 130g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
Directions
- Line a 20-cm or 22.5-cm square tray bake tin with cling film.
- Pour the cereal into a large bowl.
- In a medium saucepan, bring the sugar and golden syrup to the boil over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat.
- Stir the peanut butter into the syrup mixture until smooth. Pour over the cereal; stir to coat. Press evenly into the tin.
- Let the treats cool for 15 minutes on a chopping board, then remove from the tin. Remove the cling film. Cut into squares to serve.
