Peanut Butter Cookie Porridge

Ingredients

  • 85g rolled oats
  • 420 ml water or milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon SKIPPY® Super Crunch Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 10g raisins
  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Combine the oats, water (or milk), salt, peanut butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a microwaveable dish and cook according to the directions on the pack.
  2. Top with raisins and banana slices.
  3. Drizzle with melted peanut butter.
