Ingredients
- 10g butter
- 1 tablespoon SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1 slice wholemeal bread
- 1 large egg
- 4 tablespoons skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Directions
- In a 500-ml microwaveable glass bowl, microwave the butter on FULL (100%) for 10 seconds or until melted. Tilt the bowl to coat the sides.
- Spread the peanut butter and jam evenly on the bread. Fold the bread in half and cut diagonally.
- Crack the egg into the mixture in the glass bowl; add the milk. Beat lightly with a fork. Press in the bread; let it stand, turning once, for 1 minute or until both sides are soaked.
- Cover the microwaveable glass bowl. Microwave on FULL (100%) for 2 minutes or until puffed and the egg is thoroughly cooked. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Turn onto a serving plate; drizzle with syrup.
